Submission of data

All users are welcome to submit their new allele sequences to our database for oral streptococci.  This information will be made available on this web site.

In order to maintain the quality of the data, the databases are curated and all submissions will be checked before entry. Therefore, please send your data to the curator of the database:

Curators: Thuy Do and Jinthana Lapirattanakul
Database manager: Keith Jolley

Format for submissions

Data for S. oralis and S. mutans typed with the Do scheme should be sent to Thuy Do. Data for S. mutans typed with the Nakano scheme should be sent to Jinthana Lapirattanakul.

Please E-mail the curator with the strain information or allelic profile as an attachment in Excel format using the appropriate template, which is downloadable below.  Please follow the instructions contained within the templates when submitting data.  Submissions of new allelic profiles require a submission of a corresponding isolate for the PubMLST database.
