BIGSdb developer's guide
BIGSdb has a plugin architecture, allowing third parties to develop additional functionality without having to modify the core application code.
Database schemas
- Sequence/profile definitions database
- Isolates database
- Blue tables are the same between all isolate databases. The isolates table fields can vary with the configuration defined in the XML database description file. The samples table is optional and its fields can also be defined in the XML description.
