mlstdbNet is the software that drives a large number of publicly available MLST databases. The software is derived from the original mlstdb package written by Man-Suen Chan (Chan et al, 2001, Bioinformatics, 17, 1077-1083: download source code) and released under the GNU General Public Licence. This implementation introduces significant improvements, allowing a distributed database structure.
mlstdbNet has been superseded by BIGSdb and is no longer being maintained.
