Submit new alleles

Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the option to create a new submission. Click 'Create new submission' ...

... and then from the new submission page click 'Allele sequences only':

You will be prompted to enter how many alleles you are planning to submit. Make your selection and press 'Select'. You can also upload additional files, e.g. extra trace files, if necessary to support your submission.

After this you will be prompted to select the forward and reverse trace files for each of the new alleles that you are submitting. Please be advised that files are renamed on upload so it is important that you know which traces relate to which submission:

Once all traces have been uploaded, you will be prompted to complete the submission. At this stage you can enter any comments that you would like to send to the curator. Click 'Complete submission'. You will then be presented with a summary of your submission. This will also be E-mailed to you. The curator will be sent an E-mail to state that a submission is waiting. They should contact you once they have assigned your new alleles.
